Office Assistant
Monaco
We are a yacht brokerage company located in the port of Monaco. We focus on the sale, charter and management of superyachts, 30 metres and above. We are looking for a dynamic, multi-tasking Office Assistant who can assist with general office duties, like answering the main line and welcoming visitors.
This person will support the commercial departments – sales and charter – with their marketing efforts and the upkeep of the client database. We work with the platform Hubspot. Ideally, we are seeking someone with prior experience in the yachting industry. Any experience in marketing will be beneficial, as we have a website to maintain, brochures to print, flyers to send, yacht charter itineraries to prepare, and we also post regular on social media posts.
English is the primary language in our multinational office, and communication with clients is also conducted in English. It is imperative that this person can write and speak flawless English, as well as answer client calls in English in a professional manner.
For the right candidate, this position could be an excellent starting point into the yachting industry.
A Monaco work permit will be required.

Charter Brokers
Florida & Monaco
YACHTZOO is looking for experienced charter brokers to join our dynamic team in Florida and Monaco.
Candidates should have a minimum 3 years-experience in charters, be goal-oriented, self-motivated and maintain high ethical standards.
YACHTZOO offers attractive commission splits, provides leads and worldwide support with our local brokers as well as the team in the head office in Monaco.
Requirements include:
- Good knowledge of MYBA, IYBA & AYCA contracts and industry practices
- Client and Broker negotiation skills
- Captain/crew management skills
- Ability to network
- Participate in yachting events
- Be a team player

Sales Brokers

YACHTZOO is currently looking for motivated and seasoned sales brokers to assume a key role in our Monaco and Florida office. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years-experience, be goal-oriented, a good team player, self-motivated and maintain high ethical standards.
