Sold by Yachtzoo at year-end, the 230’ AMADEUS, was constructed in steel by the German yard, Amadeus Yachts, to a design by Reymond Langton and DNV classed. Accommodating 12 guests in six staterooms, she was delivered in 2007 and has proved to be a popular charter yacht. The main salon is dedicated to comfort and relaxation, offering large sofas and armchairs, a bar and a state-of-the-art entertainment center. Other features include a stainless steel and glass elevator from the guest accommodation to the bridge deck, a dedicated cinema room, a gymnasium and an automated golf driving range. Twin 1,850 hp Caterpillar engines give her a range of 16,400 nautical miles at 10.5 knots.
