Office Assistant – Monaco
We are seeking a dynamic and multi-tasking Office Assistant to join our yacht brokerage company located in the picturesque port of Monaco. This role is pivotal in supporting our commercial departments, particularly in sales and charter, by assisting with general office duties, such as:
- Answering the main telephone line and welcoming visitors.
- Supporting marketing efforts and maintaining the client database using Hubspot.
- Managing website updates, brochure printing, flyer distribution, and preparing yacht charter itineraries.
- Creating engaging social media posts.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the yachting industry is preferred.
- Strong marketing skills are beneficial.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for professional communication with clients.

Charter Brokers – Florida & Monaco
YACHTZOO is also on the lookout for experienced Charter Brokers to join our teams in Florida and Monaco. This role demands a proactive approach and a commitment to high ethical standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage charter operations and client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and brokers.
- Participate in yachting events to network effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in yacht charters.
- Strong knowledge of MYBA, IYBA, and AYCA contracts and industry practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage crew effectively.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
