The YACHTZOO team is pleased to announce that 50-metre motor yacht VENTURA has joined its sales fleet. Built by Heesen Yachts in 2013, VENTURA features a custom, dark-metallic grey hull and a light metallic grey superstructure, which gives her a uniquely elegant and distinctive look.
Acclaimed Italian designer Francesco Paszkowski created her sophisticated, minimalistic interior decor. The richly-patterned polished ebony parquet floor contrasts with whitened oak panelling, further enhancing this very chic environment.
In every area of the yacht, the ambient lighting can be adapted to suit the mood and atmosphere required. Throughout the yacht, the designer has purposely created focal points and niches for the owner’s artworks and sculptures with special accent lighting.
With the main master suite on the bridge deck, VENTURA can accommodate up to 16 guests in seven staterooms. Nine crew are accommodated in five cabins.
VENTURA features two master suites. The first is a romantic suite with dressing room and shower room, panoramic 280-degree views and direct access to the bridge deck aft, complete with gym equipment. A second full-beam stateroom is located in a classic position forward on the main deck, featuring a large desk, a dressing room, bath and shower room.
On the lower deck, guests are treated to a full-beam VIP stateroom, two double staterooms, and two twin staterooms with Pullmans.
VENTURA has an expansive sundeck with sun awnings forward and aft of the mast. There’s a little more than 70 square metres of deck space replete with loungers and sun pads forward alongside the Jacuzzi. Amidships, guests will find a full bar with a granite-top counter portsid, an L-shaped bench, table and chairs for alfresco dining. The generous open-plan space has mostly loose furniture that can be removed to host big parties.
VENTURA has a further outdoor entertaining area on the cockpit of the main deck aft, with three couches in a U-shape, two armchairs and two granite-topped tables.
The rescue tender and two jetskis are stowed on the bow, while a 6.5m tender can be found in the lazarette. Guests can spend time closer to the water in the beach club complete with a large mosaic tiled hamman, a day head and large swim platform.
Currently lying in Cap d’Ail, VENTURA is listed for sale with an asking price of EUR 27 000 000.
