Few yachts manage to define a brand. Fewer still stand at the top of their category. The Pershing 140 does both and ARINA – hull number four of the five that will ever be built – is the benchmark model at its most refined, evolved and desirable.

As Pershing’s flagship, this 43.3‑metre aluminium superyacht is a statement of ambition, engineering and unmistakable Italian attitude. It is the largest yacht Pershing has ever built, more than doubling the volume of its previous flagship, and the first of the brand to be constructed in aluminium at the Ferretti Group Super Yacht Yard in Ancona. Yet despite her scale and innovation, the Pershing DNA – speed, aggression and sleekness – remains unmistakably intact.

Performance with no compromises

At the heart of the Pershing 140 is a performance profile that still feels almost implausible. Powered by four 2,600hp MTU 12V 4000 M96L engines, ARINA reaches top speeds of approximately 36/38 knots, cruising comfortably at around 30 knots – figures rarely associated with yachts approaching 400 gross tonnes.

This performance is achieved through an advanced propulsion configuration combining four waterjets – two central boosters and two steerable units – paired with an optimised deep‑V hull. The result is not just headline speed, but confident, composed handling even in challenging sea conditions. With a range of approximately 1,400 nautical miles at 10 knots, ARINA balances adrenaline with genuine long‑distance capability.

Sculpted design, expansive volume

Designed by Fulvio De Simoni, the Pershing 140’s exterior is instantly recognisable. The elongated bow, aggressive stance and signature metallic grille at the prow create a bold, automotive‑inspired presence, while the flush foredeck preserves the clean, aerodynamic silhouette Pershing is known for.

With a gross tonnage of approximately 398 GT, ARINA offers extraordinary volume for a yacht that still looks and behaves like a pure performance machine. Lightweight aluminium construction allows her to balance size, speed and efficiency without visual or functional compromise.

A foredeck with a real social space

One of the Pershing 140’s most celebrated features is its transformable foredeck, and ARINA showcases this concept at its finest. A large sliding panel discreetly conceals a sunken lounge and jacuzzi, preserving the yacht’s sleek lines underway and revealing a spectacular social area when at anchor.

The forward cockpit features generous seating, flexible tables and optional sunpads, all protected by a removable bimini. It is a space engineered as carefully as it is styled – designed to disappear while cruising and impress when revealed.

A beach club beyond expectations

At the stern, ARINA’s beach club delivers another standout moment. The transom opens to create a shaded, high‑ceilinged waterside lounge, while fold‑down balconies on both sides dramatically expand the usable footprint. A sliding swim platform extends aft, and optional infill panels allow guests to circulate around three sides of the yacht – a feature more commonly found on yachts well over 50 metres.

The garage itself becomes part of the experience, offering exceptional headroom and flexibility for tenders, toys or relaxed entertaining directly at sea level. It is a beach club conceived without compromise, both architecturally and socially.

Flybridge built for command and comfort

The flybridge offers yet another perspective on the Pershing 140’s versatility. Aft, an oversized sunpad conceals technical equipment, while beneath the hardtop a fully equipped bar and lounge create a relaxed yet purposeful atmosphere.

Forward, the helm station delivers commanding visibility – a key consideration for owners cruising busy waters – and the layout comfortably accommodates multiple guests, transforming navigation into a shared experience rather than a solitary task.

Interior: Sophistication and character

Inside, ARINA distinguishes herself through thoughtful owner‑led customisation. The interior palette combines warm neutrals, refined textures and curated artwork, creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere which complements the yacht’s bold exterior.

Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in five staterooms. A full‑beam master suite occupies the main deck, benefitting from panoramic views and bespoke fabrics selected specifically for this yacht. On the lower deck, two VIP suites are finished in calm, neutral tones, while two twin staterooms introduce contrasting blue & grey themed palettes, adding subtle personality without disrupting cohesion.

Social spaces flow effortlessly, balancing openness with intimacy. A standout detail is the cleverly concealed turquoise‑lacquered bar cabinet near the lounge – a highly personalised design feature which adds colour, surprise and character to the interior.

Crew accommodation for seven across four cabins ensures discreet, professional service without encroaching on guest areas.

ARINA: One of five, One of a kind

With only five Pershing 140s ever built, ownership places ARINA in an exceptionally rare category. As hull number four, she benefits from the evolution of the series – refined systems, proven engineering and a layout informed by earlier builds – while retaining the exclusivity of a limited‑production flagship.

She is not simply a fast yacht, nor just a large one. ARINA represents a convergence of scale, speed, design and rarity that few yachts in the world can match.

The Pershing 140 legacy

The Pershing 140 marked a bold leap forward for the brand – technologically, aesthetically and philosophically. ARINA stands as a powerful expression of that vision: a yacht that challenges expectations, delivers exhilarating performance and offers the volume and comfort of a true superyacht.

For yacht buyers looking something genuinely different – a flagship that refuses to blend in – ARINA is not just a Pershing 140. She is the perfect Pershing 140 brought to life.
