On December 18th, 2024, it was announced that the SUPERYACHT BASE consortium has been awarded the contract for the new Kobe Marina project. This ambitious venture, set to commence construction in April 2025 and fully open by 2027, aims to revitalize industrial spaces along Kobe’s waterfront into a vibrant hub for yachting enthusiasts. The marina will feature over 1.4 kilometres of quays capable of accommodating superyachts of all sizes, alongside essential infrastructure and services tailored for yacht owners and guests.

- Extensive Docking Facilities: The marina will include multiple quays, with two measuring approximately 350 metres and three at around 100 metres each, plus additional docking options for smaller vessels.
